The current build, clearly explained.
The 0.6 engineering preview brings more diagnostics and stronger experiment checks to a Windows-native Control Center.
What’s new
- Windows Settings layout with optional Light and Dark blue themes.
- Process and thread scheduler inspection, CPU-set topology and five isolated native API probes.
- Six read-only modules covering power, graphics, network, input, memory/storage and firmware.
- Foreground mouse packet-delivery timing. This measures application receipt intervals, not physical input latency or certified USB polling frequency.
- 52 sourced capability assessments, a one-control experiment planner and independent discovery/holdout review gates.
- Stronger capture validation, game-process identity checks and settings-drift detection.
- Whole driver-package fingerprints for the separate Windows image-engineering pipeline.
- Installer correction for unattended rejection of an occupied destination.
Before installing
Requires Windows 11 x64. The installer is 90,602,606 bytes (86.4 MiB) and includes the application runtime. This is the Control Center companion application; it does not include Windows installation media.
This preview is unsigned. A verified Reineryu publisher signature is not available. File checksums detect corruption but do not authenticate a publisher. Download only from a source you trust and follow your browser and Windows security guidance.
Install and open
- Return to the download panel and choose Download installer. The website checks the completed file against the release SHA-256.
- Review the installer’s preview notice, choose the installation folder and follow setup.
- Open Reineryu Control Center from its Start menu shortcut. Review hardware availability and recorded state before changing a setting.
Setup installs app files, a bundled runtime, shortcuts and an Installed Apps entry for your Windows account. It does not automatically apply performance tweaks. Ordinary dashboard use is unelevated. Privileged operations request access separately.
Repair, recovery and uninstall
Rerun this version’s setup to repair app files and shortcuts. Recovery records and captures are preserved. Use the app’s Recovery page to restore any supported changes you want to undo before uninstalling.
Uninstall removes app files and preserves recovery records. It does not automatically change Windows settings. Missing records, external changes or hardware failures can prevent restoration. App repair does not repair Windows boot problems.
What is still in development
Game-specific FPS and physical latency qualification, advanced ETW/DxTiming integrations, supported NIC write/rollback experiments, automatic bottleneck analysis, cross-hardware validation and the custom Windows installation image remain unfinished. The preview makes no performance-superiority claim.
